Allied Building Products, Annapolis, MD, sells the Series 9555 X Act/Capitol/MI Windows (all the windows are the same, just called different names). The information about each window is on a sticker on the underside of the inside of the top window frame and is revealed when you pull down the top window. Allied can help with any issues our community may have with our windows. Just an FYI...a window "specialist" quoted $225 to replace the coil balances which prevent the window from dropping when open. Instead, the unit owner took the balances from Allied and installed them himself in 10 minutes!
