Here are the Building Plats for all 35 River Oaks buildings, plus 6 overview plats.   Each plat shows a drawing of the proposed divisions within a parcel of land, the placement of the units and other structures, and the floor plans of each unit. The records bear the names of the developer, surveyor, and land owner; scale of drawing; coordinates; courses; distances; approvals and certifications issued by state and local agencies showing legal compliance; recordation and filing dates with the circuit court; and condominium plat number and book reference. The documents are numbered with the letter E and a number, beginning with E1. Book references are numbered similarly, beginning with volume E1.
